Kasi Technologies is a Sweden-based company whose mission is to develop solutions for greenhouse emissions reduction within the transportation sector. Our product New Electrified Supercharge System (NESS) – is a dual hybrid package that reduces emissions of 98% of vehicles and saves 20% fuel consumption, CO2, and NOx emissions for new and existing vehicles. Thanks to our compact modular solution, NESS is adaptable to all types of engines and vehicle sizes and can be applied to 100% climate-neutral renewable fuels.

You will be a part of our R&D department, working closely with test engineers and project managers to evaluate products and prototypes at various stages as well as other engineering functions. The projects vary widely in size and scope and your role ranges from advising other departments and working to develop, produce and test our NESS product according to company standards.
Your background
- BSc in Engineering with at least five years experience in 3D-Modeling & 2D drawings, Preferably software in Inventor
- Good technical understanding and analytical
- Experience in CAD/CAM.
- Experience in 5-axis CNC machine programming and operation
- Fluent in spoken and written English and preferably Swedish
- ++ Experience in the automotive sector and engineering work on the system level

Key Responsibilities
- Based on existing NESS models; Produce, structure, and update existing NESS CAD files as needed
- Prepare and secure components for manufacturing as well as for testing
- With consultation with SKF and the management team, assist the design tolerancing and manufacture rotating parts.
- With consultation with the management team, ensure NESS geometries for good DFM/DFA.
- Take out and secure the NESS product for assembly.
- Along with management; define the number of different assembly steps and assembly jigs.
- Develop and construct a manual “assembly line” with pick-layer and roller-back systems through the various part-assembly stations.
- Produce and update component lists for manufactured + purchased components.
- ++ Identify and eventually implement automation of possible sub-steps.
- Define and specify machine requirements to manufacture the various NESS components e.g., Aluminum housings; Casting + CNC cutting processing.
